Assessment Recommendations
We recommend orientation and assessments that typically run for 12 weeks. Shorter assessments can be arranged, and we will immediately terminate an assessment at any point if it is deemed necessary to safeguard the child/children.

2 Residential Families & Non-residential Assessments
At Oakvale Family Centre, we can accommodate up to two concurrent residential families, and we also offer non-residential assessments where required.
We work closely with you before, during, and after the assessment, providing regular updates and a final report that clearly outlines our findings and recommendations.
Staying With Us
For your stay, please bring along any essential items for you and your child/children, such as baby bottles, sterilisers, baby baskets, food, and clothing. If you require assistance with transportation to Oakvale Family Centre, please notify us in advance so we can help make arrangements.
