Supported Living

Specialist supported accommodation and practical support for looked after children and care leavers aged 16-21, helping them feel safe, build independence, and prepare for their future.

Our goal

Our goal is to help young people achieve better outcomes by focusing on education, training, and life skills that build the confidence needed to live independently. We know that every young person is different, with their own strengths, challenges, and goals.

That is why we take a personalised approach to support, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for growth.

Supporting Young People

With this understanding, we aim to clear the obstacles that stand in the way of young people’s growth and success. Through tailored support, we work with individuals of all backgrounds to rebuild their lives, build confidence, and develop the skills required for independence. With the right guidance, we believe every young person can rebuild their life and plan for a brighter future.

Accommodation

Modern & secure

We provide accommodation designed specifically for young people aged 16–25. Our homes are well maintained, modern, and secure, with CCTV in place for safety. Each property offers a comfortable environment with access to peaceful outdoor garden space.

The setting is structured, inclusive, and supportive, giving young people the chance to reflect on their past, understand their present, and plan positively for their future.
